- Dal and rice ko wash ke soak ke coarsely grind ke jaggery, salt, grinded method Dana and grinded flatten rice mix kar full day and overnight cover ke rakh de.
- After two days batter ko divide ke le half se idli and half se uttapam bana le. Uttapam ke upper chop onion and chop tomato laga le.
- Tuhar dal ko wash ke cooker main dal kar water add ke salt, haldi and red chilli dal ke boil kar le. All veggies ko wash ke cut kar le
- Wok main oil heat kar hing, mustard seeds, curry leaves and whole red chilli ko thorh ke add karein.
- Diced cut onion and tomato add ke all veggies, salt and sambhar masala dal kar mix ke cook kar le.
- After cook veggies and cooked dal mix well 5 minutes cook ke lemon juice add kar de. Sambhar r ready.
- Chana dal, urad dal and moong dal ko wash kar soak karein.
- After soak coarsely grind ke le isme salt and red. Chilli mix ke vada machine main batter pour ke le.
- Heat oil vada machine se oil main vada dal ke fry kar le.
- Then enjoy Sambhar, vada, idli and uttapam.
