The ingredients needed to make Dinner Buns:
  1. Use 4 cups all purpose flour
  2. Get Half cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1 cup milk
  4. Get Pinch salt and 2 egg yolks
  5. Prepare 3 tbsp butter/margarine (i used prestige margarine)
  6. Use For the stuffing i had minced beef, carrots,bellpeppers n onion

  1. Warm your milk and add in the margarine till it melts. Let it cool a bit bcz if too hot it will not activate the yeast. Pour in a mixing bowl and add in 2tbsp of yeast and set aside to activate.
  2. Sieve your flour, sugar n salt in a diff bowl.
  3. Once your yeast has activated, add in the egg yolks n beat a little (preferably with a mixer)
  4. Add in your flour bit by bit until ur flour is smooth then knead into a soft dough n set aside for 1hr 30minutes. Shape your dough into equal portions..like 8pcs add in the minced beef mixture n wrap well. Preheat oven n bake till brown.
