Go with the side dishes. Not so long ago, the sole side dish item available at a fast food restaurant was French fries. Now most of the fast food choices have been widened a great deal. There are plenty of salads available these days. You can get chili. Baked potatoes may also be ordered. You can make fruit. When deciding on your meal from the drive through, select a variety of side items instead of choosing a pre-made “meal deal”. This can help you keep the calorie count low and lower your fat intake.
Logic says that one of the best ways to stay balanced is to avoid the drive through and never eat fast food.
