- wash chicken pieces and marinade in yogurt and a little salt
- soak nuts,almonds and seeds on warm water for twenty minutes,ground into fine paste.If spinach tinned ground to paste, If fresh blanche for 15minutes then ground into paste,do not throw away water
- heat butter and chilli onion a garlic for 5-6 minute on low heat,and all spice except garam masala fry for two minutes
- and tomato puree,cook for two minutes. and spinach and seedpaste,salt mix well.and marinated chicken fold in and cook for thirty minutes until chicken is tender,add the thickened cream.Mix well. serve with rice or naan
