- Method - - In a pan pour both the oils. - Add rai. Once that splutters make the gas flame low and add all the whole masalas under 🔺️🔻and add hing. - Add the mashed potato and mix. Add curry leaves and the remaining cubed potatoes and mix again. - Add salt haldi red chilli powder and amchoor and mix again. Add atleast 2 to 2 and a half cups of water and stir.
