Instructions to make Faraali sabudana misal:
- Soak sabudana in enough water for 2-3 hours.They will double in size. Coarsely crushed roasted peanuts,boil &peel potato and chopped into small pieces,grind green chillies ginger paste, chopped 2 green chillies.
- In non stick pan add heat ghee and cummin seeds, green chillies ginger paste saute for 30 secs,add boiled potato pieces salt, coarsely crushed peanuts mix well.saute for one minute.Add soaked sabudana,salt and mix well and cook for 2-3mins.Remove from flame and cool.
- To prepare sweet faraali kadhi..in cup of dahi/yogurt add 1 cup of water and 1 tbsp of ragira flour whisk together with boss hand mixer.
- In non stick pan add and heat ghee,add cummin seeds, chopped green chillies,curry leaves saute for 30 secs add whisk dahi/ yogurt mixture,add salt and sugar mix well and cook for few minutes till semi thick kadhi like mixture is formed.
- To assemble/ prepare faraali sabudana misal.Add prepare sabudana khichdi in prepared faraali sweet kadhi..mix well.
- In serving shallow dish add prepared faraali sabudana misal garnish with faraali potato chiwda and pomegranate pearls.Serve/relish immediately.
