- Get 1 cup rice, soaked
- Take 2 cup water

- Firstly, wash and soaked rice for 20 minutes. Now take pressure cooker add rice and water cook for 4-5 whistle, Flame off, cold down the cooked rice.
- Now mash the cooked rice well and add curd, milk and salt add coriender leaves, green chili, ginger mix well.
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds allow to splutter. Now add urad dal and fry till golden.
- Add ginger and fry 2 min, curry leaves, sesame seeds stir well.
- Pour this tadka over curd rice. Add pomegranate, boondi and coriander leaves mix well.
