- Get 1 lau (lauki/bottle gourd) medium size
- Get 4 Tb oil
- Get prawns (medium size)250 grams (cleaned/deshelled if desired)

- Prepare 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Prepare 2 tablespoon ginger paste
- Get green chili3 chopped
- Take 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

- Cut the lau (bottle gourd) into small pieces
- Marinate the prawns with 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Arrange the other ingredients.
