Your drink should be water or juice or milk. When you sip a big soft drink you are adding a lot of empty calories to your day. One portion of soda pop is eight oz.. That portion usually includes at least a hundred calories and more than a few tablespoons of sugar. Most fast food fizzy drinks are no less than twenty ounces big. Water, fruit juice and also milk, however, are far better choices.
Traditional logic tells us that one certain way to get healthy and shed pounds is to drop the drive through and to remove fast food restaurants from your thoughts. Most of the time this is a good idea but if you make beneficial choices, there’s no reason you can’t visit your drive through now and then.
