- Use 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- Use 1 can chopped tomatoes and 4 large tomatoes roughly chopped

- Prepare 1 tbsp ground ginger
- Take 1 tsp turmeric
- Prepare 3 cup water
- Prepare 2 tbsp salt

- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
