The ingredients needed to prepare Wheat Dosa | Godhi Dosa | Godhuma Dosa:
  1. Take 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  2. Provide 1/2 cup Rice flour
  3. Get 2 tbsp Rava (semolina)
  4. Use 1 tbsp Curd
  5. Provide to taste Salt
  6. You need As needed Water
  7. Get ½ Onion (finely chopped)
  8. Use 1 inch Ginger (grated)
  9. Provide 1-2 Green chilli (finely chopped)
  10. Use As needed Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  11. You need 3-4 Curry leaves
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions to make Wheat Dosa | Godhi Dosa | Godhuma Dosa:
  1. Mix the wheat flour, rice flour, rava, curd, salt, onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves and cumin seeds with a water to make thin runny batter.
  2. Rest for 20 minutes or till flour absorbs water.
  3. Make sure you are using a pan that does not have a non-stick coating.
  4. Add few drops of oil smear it well.
  5. Rub the tawa with a small piece of onion and heat it.
  6. When the tawa is hot, pour the batter thinly from a little height. do not spread it like a normal dosa.
  7. Drizzle some oil towards the edges.
  8. Let the base turn crispy golden brown. Keep on medium flame to cook.
  9. Your dosa is ready.
  10. Serve wheat dosa immediately with onion-tomato chutney or coconut chutney.
