- Use 500 gm Chicken, cut, clean, washed and drained
- Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Take 2 medium Onions sliced
- You need 2 tomatoes chopped

- Prepare 3/4 tsp garam masala
- Use 5 tbsp oil

- Get 1 sprig curry leaves
Instructions to make Methi Chicken:
- Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly and drain the water. Wash Methi leaves and keep aside. - Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste and a little salt for half an hour
- Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add sliced onions and chillies and fry till the onions turn pink. - Add the marinated chicken and mix well. - Cover and cook for few minutes, stirring occasionally, till the chicken loses it's rawness..
- Add Methi leaves, chopped tomatoes, mix and let it cook for few minutes.Add turmeric, chilli powder, dhania powder, salt and ½ cup water. Mix well. Cover and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Let it rest for a while.
- Open lid, add curry leaves, garam masala and salt if necessary. - Mix and cover and cook on sim for 5 minutes or till the oil seperates.
- Serve hot with Bagara rice / Rotis and Naans
