- Take 1 & 1/2 cups Tomato Puree
- Take 1 cup Green Peas Boiled

- Prepare 1 tbsp Cream Malai /

- Use 3/4 tsp Garam Masala

- Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, chilli in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and once its starts crackling add asafoetida and onion paste.
- Saute the onion paste till its brown and add the tomato puree.
- Mix it well and add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and cook it for about 7 - 8 mins till its almost dry.
- Add water to the paste and mix it well by adding some cream/malai.
- Add green peas, coriander leaves, boiled potatoes and mix it and cook it for a while.
