  3. Get 1 tsp oil

  7. Prepare 5 boiled egg
  8. Use 1 chopped onion
  9. Take 3 onion for paste
  10. Get 8-10 garlic cloves
  11. Prepare 2 inch cut ginger
  12. Prepare 2 green chilli
  13. Use 1 bay leaf
  14. You need 1 cardamom
  15. Get 1/2 tsp jeera
  16. Use 1 pinch asafoetida
  17. You need 4-5 bits of black pepper
  18. Provide 1 mace (javitri)
  19. Take 1 cinnamon
  20. Provide 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  21. You need 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  22. Use 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. Use 1 tsp garam masala
  24. You need 2 tbsp meat masala powder
  25. Take 2 tsp coriander powder
  26. Take 10-12 Curry leaf
  27. Use as needed Coriander leaves

Instructions to make Malabar idiyappam & egg curry:
  1. First of all collect idiyappam ingredients. Now take a non-stick kadhai and add 1.25 cup water. When water is boiling,now add 1tsp oil and salt.
  2. Now add rice flour and mix it well at least 5min. No lump is generate. Now cover at least 15min.
  3. After 15min,to make a soft dough. Take a sev maker machine, place oil inner side wall of machine.
  4. And put rice dough in to the machine and make beautiful design,like that.
  5. Take steamer or idli stand..heat water and place idli stand with rice idiyappam. Wait 15min, after check idiyappam is ready.
  6. Now we start egg curry. First of all collect ingredients,with spices and boiled egg. Fry the boiled egg in oil until golden brown in colour.
  7. Now take a non-stick kadhai,add some oil for dry spices and curry leaf. Stire 30 sec then add chopped onion. When onion is turn light pinkish colour then add onion,ginger,garlic and green chilli paste. Stire at least 2min. After 2min add whole spices and mix it well.
  8. Until oil is separated,now add fry boiled egg in to masala.. Fry 2min,and add salt and hot water. Now egg curry is ready.
  9. Serve malabar idiyappam and egg curry with onion rings..
