The ingredients needed to prepare Stir Fry (Chinese):
- Prepare 1 kg chicken de bones
- You need 3 green bell pepper diced in chunk
- Get 4 carrot dice in chunk
- Get 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- Take 1 tsp corn flower
- You need to taste salt
- Use 1 bulb onion diced in chunk
- Provide 1 tbsp Cameroon pepper
- Take 2 knorr cube
- You need 5 tbsp veg oil
- Take 1 tsp curry powder
Instructions to make Stir Fry (Chinese):
- Heat up frying pan once its hot, add veg oil and stir in half of the diced onions and chicken; stir continuously till its tender
- Add Cameroon pepper, knorr cube and curry powder, mix alittle water and corn flower together and pour into the sauce to get the thicken paste
- Allow it cook for about 5mins then add green bell pepper, carrot and remaining onions; stir and turn off the heat
- Serve with white basmati rice
