- Prepare 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Get 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

- Provide 1 pinch hing
- Use For Ingredients for masala:
- Prepare 1 chopped onion
- You need 1/4 cup grated coconut
- Prepare 1 bunch Curry leaves
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- You need 1/4 tsp cumin
- Get 2 cloves
- Prepare 2 Cardamoms
- Use 1/2 inch Cinnamon
- Get 10 garlic cloves
- You need 1/2 inch ginger
Steps to make Rajma gravy:
- Soak the rajma overnight in the water and wash them well after that add the rajma with a little salt and water to the cooker and boil until 5 whistles.
- Add chopped onion, curry leaves, coconut, turmeric powder, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and roast until golden.
- Cool the fried mixture in a mixer jar, add the ginger, garlic and a little water and grind well.
- Heat oil in cooker and then add mustard and cumin.
- Then add chopped onions, tomatoes, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, hing and salt and stir well.
- Add the masala paste, a cup of water and boiled rajma, cover the cooker and cook until 2 whistles.
- Delicious Rajma curry is ready.
