- Prepare 3 cloves
- Get 5-6 peppercorns
- Prepare 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
- Prepare 1 tsp fennel seeds
- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- You need 1 marble sized ball tamarind
- Prepare to taste salt

- Soak peas for 4-5 hours and pressure cook for 2 whistle.
- Heat 1 tbs oil in pan add onions and saute till light brown. Add garlic saute for 1 minute at low flame. - Drag onion and garlic aside add 1 tbs oil add red chillies, coriander seeds, peppercorns and cloves. Saute for 1 minute.
