Instructions to make Masala rice:
- Take oil in a pan add oil add jeera now add onions saute till brown,add ginger garlic paste and maggi cube mix well..
- Add all the veggies,saute well,add all the dry masalas saute.
- Now add chicken soup powder mix well.
- Niw add water to the veggies and let the water comes to dry,then add cooked rice to it.Top up some coriander leaves and cook on low flame..
- Note :I took left over rice and added little orange and yellow colour to it.
- Serve hot
