- Take 1 tbs besan

- Heat oil in pan add cumin seed, dry red chilli, when splutter turn to low flame add besan, saute till it change color(it will take approximately 1 minute).
- Now add ginger chilli paste and red chilli saute for 30 seconds add sugar melon and mix well.
- Now add 1 cup hot water, salt and turmeric powder mix and cover lid cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.Now add sugar and cook for 1 minute & turn off flame. Serve with roti or khichdi.
