- Mix well,add 4cups of water and cook on high flame till water boils.
- Blend curd.Keep aside.
- Now dry water of mutton if any remain.Add curd and kashmiri red chilli.
- Cook on low flame till oil separates.Add garam masala powder.
- Mix well and adjust gravy by addind water pf your desired consistency.
- Add chopped green coriander.(optional).
- Serve with naan/parathe /rice.
