Steps to make Patod (gram flour khadai):
- Turn on the gas and put the pan on it and boil the water, and put salt, carom seeds, black pepper and chilli flakes.
- Sim the flame and mix the gram floor slowly continuously so that no lumps form. When batter becomes thick off the flame and let the batter cook down.
- Grease the plate and apply thin layer of batter on it with the help of spatula. Keep plates to set the batter.
- After 15 minutes cut the long pieces of dried batter from the plates back and roll them.
- Now hot the oil in a pan and crackle the mustard seeds in it and put green chillies, curry patta, sesame seeds and off the flame and put all the roles in a pan and toss them or pour the tadka on roles.
- Take a plate and keep all the roles on it, sprinkle roasted jeera, jeeravan and lemon juice.
- Serve delicious patod(patod ki khadai).
