- Use 2 Sprigs Curry Leaves

- You need 1 cup Yoghurt beaten
- Get As required Oil for frying as required

- Clean and wash the Chicken Bone-in well and using the first 9 ingredients, marinate it and keep aside covered for about 30 minutes.
- Deep fry all the pieces in batches of 2 or 3 until crisp and done. Keep aside. In a kadai or a cooking pot, heat Oil. Add Curry Leaves and slit Green Chillies. Fry for half a minute and add Onion chunks and Capsicum Cubes. Stir fry for atleast 7-8 minutes. Then add the beaten Yoghurt. Keep the heat on a low.
