The ingredients needed to cook Chicken chilli:
- Provide 250 grams boneless chicken pieces
- Prepare 1 tbsp salt
- Get 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 tbsp soya sauce
- Take 1 egg
- You need 1 tbsp cornflour powder
- Use 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- Use 7-8 Curry leaves
- Provide 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

- In a bowl, take boneless chicken pieces, add Ginger garlic paste, salt, soya sauce, egg, cornflour powder mix well and marinate for 30 mins.
- In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and Curry leaves and fry for a min, add chopped onion and capsicum and for for 2 mins.
- Add tomato ketchup, shezwan sauce, spring onion and cook for 5 mins.
- Take kadhai heat oil and fry marinated chicken pieces till golden brown and crispy.
- Add fry chicken pieces into the prepared material.mix well and garnish with coriander.
