- Cut 2 onions, 2 green chillies. Peel garlic and ginger. Take 1 cup of curry leaves and one cardamom. Grind them all in a mixer (Curry leaves should also be grinded together).
- Take a cooker. Put 6-7 tbsp of oil. Heat it. Put the grinded mixture. Stir for 5 mins on high flame untill the colour changes to slightly brown. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and dry coriander powder according to your taste. Add 1tbsp kitchen king masala.
