- Get 2 karela( bitter gourd)
- Prepare 2 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- Provide 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

- Get 2 strings Curry leaves

- Wash the bittergourd.Cut open the bittergourd into 2 pieces and removes all seeds cut into half circles or any shape you desire……
- Heat oil in a non stick pan throw in mustard seeds and let it splutter and add 1sprig curry leaves And now add half of the chilli flakes and saute till aromat
- Add bittergourd pieces and saute so that the chilli flakes coat the pieces nicely……cover and cook for 3 mins…stir in between on low flame
- After 3 mins add ginger garlic paste +salt+turmeric powder and saute…..add 2tbsp of water and cook…
- Once it's cooks add the remaining chilli flakes and 1sprig curry leaves and close 5 more mins so that it gets fried nicely….
