- Remove outer cover or karela with knife.
- Take kneading plate take wheat flour, this karela, besan, salt, jaggeri, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic- chii paste,lemon juice and ajwain
- Now add buttermilk coariander leaves mix it well. Take a small vati and add oil and soda mix it well. And add to this mixture.
- Take water for kneading dough and slowly knead it with enough water. Grease with oil.
- Now take greased plate and make muthiyas and put it into steamer.
- Steam it for 20 to 30 minutes at low to medium flame. After 30 minutes check it with knife or toothpick. Switch off the flame if it's done.
- Now take rest for 15 minutes for cooling. Cut it with knife.
- Take a pan take oil 2 -3 tsp for tadka. Add mustard seeds, seasme seeds & curryleaves. Now add muthiyas and mix it well.
