- Provide 1 pack smoked salmon trimmings
- Use block shortcrust pastry
- Take 150 ml double cream
- Get 150 ml milk
- Use 2 egg yolks

- Roll out the pastry to about the thickness of £1 coin. - Use the pastry to line a 20cm loose bottomed tart or cake tin.
