- Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,kashmiri red chilli powder,corn flour,rice flour,egg,black pepper powder and salt

- After an hour heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken cubes until golden and crispy
- Take a bowl add 2 tbsp corn flour,1 tsp soy sauce,1/2 tsp vinegar,red chilli sauce,a pinch black pepper powder,salt,sugar and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
- Heat two tbsp oil in a pan,add chopped ginger,garlic and cook for one mins.
- Add onion,capsicum and green chilli and mix well.
- Add corn flour solution and two cup of water and cook for two mins
