  1. Prepare 1/2 jar Madras curry paste (140g)
  2. Prepare 4 large field mushrooms
  3. Provide 1 knuckle fresh ginger, grated

  6. Use 2 tbsp oil
  7. You need 1 tin full fat coconut milk
