The ingredients needed to prepare Chana Madra:
- Use 1 cup boiled chana(chickpeas)
- Prepare 1 cup curd
- Provide 1 black cardamaom
- You need 2-3 green cardamom
- Provide 3-4 cloves

- Take 1/4 teaspoon hing/asafoetida

Steps to make Chana Madra:
- Pre soaked the chana overnite and boil them with salt. Now add ghee in a khadi fry the dry fruits and keep them aside. Now in the same pan add the whole masala, hing turmeric powder and red Chile powder.
- Now mix the masala and lower the flame then add the curd. Cook it in low flame. When oil starts coming out add the chana. Add salt to taste.
