- Heat the pan add chana dal,peanut and dry roast until golden and aromatick.
- Soaked in hot water it for 40 min and drain it.
- In a blender or chtuney jar add coconut, chana dal,green chillies, ginger, curd along with salt (adjust to taste).
- Blend all ingredients well without water, scrape the side. Blend until smooth. Pour the some little water as needed blend to get a smooth chtuney.
