- Take 560 ml (18.93 fl oz) Hot milk
- Get 120 g (4.23 oz) Rice flour
- Use 60 g (2.11 oz) Potato starch
- Get 1 tsp Fine salt
- Use to taste Butter
- Provide to taste Tomato cheese sauce
- Use to taste Basil leaves

- Make mashed potatoes with hot milk. Add rice flour and mix well.
- Add potato starch, fine salt and knead well.
