- Prepare 1 cup boiled fresh lilva (fresh tuvar dana)
- Get 1 potato
- Take 1 sweet potato
- Take 1 chopped tomato
- Prepare 2+2 tbsp oil+ghee
- Prepare 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Prepare Pinch asafoetida
- Provide 1 tablespoon garlic paste

- Get 1 tablespoon kitchen king masala or garam masala
- Take 1/4 cup whisked curd

- Boil lilva in pressure cooker with little water.
- Cut potato and sweet potato in small cubes and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- In a pan heat oil and ghee. Add mustard seeds. When crackles add asafoetida.
- Add chopped tomato and garlic paste. Saute till tomato turns soft.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and whisked curd. Add approximate 1/2 cup water and mix well.
- When it comes to boil add fried potato, sweet potato and boiled lilva. Add chopped coriander leaves.
- Cover with lid and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Tasty lilva curry is ready to serve. Enjoy with roti or paratha.
