But sometimes the last thing you wish to do is put together a whole dinner for yourself and your family. Once in a while you need to check out the drive through when you are on your way home and complete the day. Why shouldn’t you have the ability to do this every so often and not have a bunch of guilt about slipping up on your diet program? This is because a lot of the well-known fast food restaurants around are trying to “healthy up” their menus. Here is how to eat healthy when you hit the drive through.
Pick out a drive through at a restaurant which is known for catering to people with better palates. For instance, Arby’s doesn’t provide hamburgers. Instead, your choices include things like roast beef and chicken sandwiches, wraps and big salads. Wendy’s, obviously, is known for its square burgers, nevertheless the menu there has a bundle of healthy choices like salad, potatoes and chili. Not everything is McDonalds featuring its deep fried chicken parts and also other terribly bad items.

Instructions to make Chicken Pakoras:
- Mix all ingredients under 'For marinade' section and coat chicken pieces with this mixture. Set aside for an hour.
- Add the sliced onions, cashews and a sprig of curry leaves to the mixture. Sieve gram flour and cornflour into this and make into a smooth paste, adding a little water. The batter should neither be too runny nor too thick, so add only enough water to bind the ingredients into a good consistency batter
- Heat oil in a pan and add spoonfuls(use a tablespoon) of mixture, spacing out each pakora so that they don't stick to each other. Fry until golden brown on the outside. The time taken for the pakoras to brown should be enough for the chicken to be cooked.
