- Making besan tikki – In a bowl add gram flour, salt,red chilli, hing, curd,cumin seeds,fresh coriander and oil mix well.add tbsp or as required water to make semi - stiff dough.take a small portion of the dough make it round to small ball and then press it in between your palm.
- Make all tikkies in same way.
- Now heat a cup of water and let it boil.when the water comes to a boil add all prepared tikkies and let them boil for 2 mins.take them out in a plate and keep aside.
- For making gravy– heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and let them crackle.add onion and saute till translucent,add turmeric powder, red chilli powder stir well.add tomatoes and salt saute and cook covered for a min until tomatoes gets soft. add coriander powder mix well.
- Add prepared besan tikki es and cook for 2 mins.(add 2 tbsp of water while stirring in between).
- Add as required water for gravy and stir well.cook for another few minutes until oil comes on surface.
- Add garam masala and fresh chopped coriander mix well and switch off the flame.
- Besan tikki curry is ready to serve,serve with roti,chapati.
