The ingredients needed to prepare Tomato Upma:
- Use 1 cup semolina
- You need 3 cups water
- Prepare 1 spoon green chilli paste
- You need 1/2 cup mix vegetables (carrot, capsicum, onion,beans)

- Provide as required Mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves

- First make the puree of tomato and squeeze it tomato. Add water to it and bring to a boil.
- Take a pan to heat. Add oil and mustard seeds let it splutter. Then add 1 spoon urad dal and 7-8 curry leaves. Then add mix vegetables and saute for 5-7 minutes.
- Now add and roast semolina in it. And when done, add tomato water. Saute with speed till no lumps. Add chilli and salt. Saute for few minutes. Now take in a plate and garnish it.
