- First take a bowl in it add the chicken pieces. In the chicken pieces ginger paste, garlic paste, salt mix them well and set aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder. Mix it well.
