- You need 1 can small new potatoes
- Use 1 chicken stock cube
- Take 1 pints boiled water
- Take 1 tbsp Apple sauce, ie make your own, or buy a jar
- Use 200 grams Plain Yogurt
- You need to taste Salt & Pepper

- Heat up the oil in a large pan, then add the onions and fry for 1 minute
