- You need 1/4 cup Besan
- Get 1 onion
- You need 2 tomatoes
- Provide 4 green chillies
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

- In a kadhai, pour oil. Once it is heated, add mustard seeds, chana dal and curry leaves. Then add chopped onion, tomato and green chillies to it. Fry it.
- Take besan flour in a bowl and add needed water to make it to a liquid consistency.
- Now pour this to the kadai and mix well.
- Allow to boil until the raw smell of besan goes off.
