- Now take 2spoon oil in a pan add a pinch hing(asafoetida) 1/2spoon musturd seed cumin add curry leaves now add chopped garlic.

- Leave it for 10min. Ready ur steamer for steam. Grease d idli plates now add eno at last just before steaming.
- Pour batter in idli stand and steam it for 20min. On medium flame.
- After 15 min. Test ur idli with knife corner.if it s ready thn switch off d flame. Nd leave it for 10 min. Whn it s cooled remove wth d help of spoon or hand from d stand. Serve hot with sambar.
