- Provide pumpkin
- Prepare arhar daal
- Prepare tomato

- Pilled and cut Pumpkin, tomato and brinjal into small pieces. Wash it and add all the vegetables and daal in to a pressure cooker. Heat it up. After one whistle the flame placed on low. Cook it for 40 minutes at low flame.
- Take an another pan and add oil. Let it heat and add jeera, rai, dry red chilli, chopped onion, red chilli powder, salt, sambhar masala and fry for few minutes.
- Add tadka and sieve imli water in daal. Mix it well garnish with Curry leaves. Serve it with rice or idli or dosa.
