- Wash and peel the sweet potato and cut square shape and cut onions also and keep aside. Tomato green chilli and Ginger grind in the mixer and keep aside
- In a pan put oil and heat it then add jeera,Hing, and add onions and Fry for 1 minute then add tomato paste and fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Then add all dry masala and add chopped sweet potato and salt to taste cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Then add some water and mix well and cook for 2 minutes and last add curd and cook for 2 minutes and coriander leaves and garam masala. And off the flame.
