- Add chicken marination masala and keep overnight or at least 1-2 hour
- Grind to a paste(onion,tomato, cashews and Chilli)
- Heat oil in vessel, add whole spices and all masalas, add marinated chicken and fry till 5 minutes, add curd, ginger garlic paste,mix it, add grinded paste,add coriander (chopped) add water as needed according to gravy consistency and let it cook for 30 minutes then add fried onions and let cook on medium flame till 3 minutes
