- Add 2 & 1/2 cup hot water and cook on low flame for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender. - When meat is tender, cook on medium heat, add coriander, ginger and mix well. - In last add garam masala powder and mix it well. - Garnish with green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, tomato chunks and serve.
