- Heat oil in pan and add cumin seeds, when they begin to sizzle add onion and stir till brown,add ginger garlic paste and fry till it turns aromatic.
- Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder and fry until tomato turn soft.add spice powder and fry for a minute for the raw smell to go away.Add green peas and stir for a while.
