- Dry roast 1 dry red chilli and set aside.Heat oil in a wok.Sprinkle half crushed cardamom,cinnamon and cloves and mustard seeds.When they splutter,add the chopped onion and fry golden brown.
- Add the chicken and toss.Also add the ground paste,salt to taste,turmeric and chilli powder.Add kitchen king masala or 1 tsp dhaniya and jeera powder.Toss all and add water.Cover and let it cook on low flame.
- Sprinkle fried curry leaves and toss till masala coats chicken.Garnish with dry roasted red chilli,curry leaves and chopped coriander.Serve with appam, rice or any Indian flat bread.
