- Use 3 lg.sweet potatoes
- Take 2 tbsp corn starch
- Provide 1 kosher salt & pepper
- Provide 1 cumin, cyanne pepper
- Prepare 2 tbsp EVOO
Instructions to make Crispy Sweet Potato Fries:
- pre heat oven to 425º
- peel and cut sweet potatoes into strips. Lightly dust with corn starch by shaking them in a bag. Place on a ccokie sheet.
- Drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with spices. about a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. eyeball the other. I prefer the cumin and cyanne, but you choose whichever you like.
- separate on cookie sheet. No touching….otherwise they'll steam.
- bake 15min. , turn them and go for another 10min or so.
