The ingredients needed to make Behari boti:
- You need beef (machli ka gosht)
- Prepare yogurt
- Use fried thick onion paste
- You need ginger garlic and green chilli paste
- Take poppy seed paste
- Provide cooking oil

- Get roasted and grinded cumin seeds

Steps to make Behari boti:
- Take 1kg beef cut it in small pieces and pound it with hammer
- Then mix all dry spices and yogurt, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, khashkhaash paste in it and mix them well
