Now take a Mixy jar and add 2 tsp urad dal,2 spoon dry coconut powder,2 spoon peanuts,1 tsp of Sesame Seeds now add 2 chopped Onions,2 chopped green chillies,1 piece of ginger chopped, 5-6 Garlic Cloves,3-4 curry leaves,1 tbsp fresh coriander,1 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,1 tsp Dhaniya powder,1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder,about 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice,1 tsp Salt,1/2 tsp Sugar and add some little water and grind this into a paste.
  4. Now take in a pan and put 2 tbsp oil and add,1/2 tsp Mustard seeds and Whole jeera,some hing,1 tsp Sesame seeds and make a tadka.
  5. Now put the paste into it and now cook now add a little water and then cook for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Now add the fried Brinjal to the gravy and cook for 2-5 minutes.Now it's ready.Garnish with some fresh coriander and serve with Chapati,rice or Paratha.It's very tasty and yummy!
