  16. Use For Tempering:-
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  18. Use 1 tsp mustard
  19. Prepare 1 tsp cumin
  20. Get 1tbsp saunf / fennal seeds
  21. Get 2 tsp black sesame
  22. You need 1 tsp asafoetida
  23. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  24. Prepare 1 tbsp chopped Cashews
  25. Take 1 tbsp raisins
  26. Use 10 curry leaves
  27. Prepare For Green Chutney:-
  28. You need 1 cup chopped coriander
  29. Prepare 2 Green chopped chilli
  30. Provide 1/2 inch piece of ginger chopped
  31. Provide 1/2 lemon's juice
  32. Provide To taste Salt as per taste
  33. You need 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder
  34. Provide 1 tbsp sugar
  35. You need 1/2 tsp cumin
  36. You need 1 tbsp water
Steps to make Shahi Handvo  Idli:
  1. Soak handvo flour with buttermilk for overnight cover with lid and put heavy stone on it for fermentation.
  2. Next day add salt, carrot, Bottle Gourd, Sprouted Moog, garlic, green Chilli, ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, baking powder, baking soda and mix well, heat oil in a small kadai & add cumin, mustard, black sesame, saunf,cashews, raisins, when starts cracking add curry leaves and asafoetida and turn off gas pour on handvo batter and mix it properly.
  3. Pour ready mixture in greased with ghee Idli plates with spoon and steam it for 10- minutes in idli cooker.
  4. Unmould Idlis from plate and Serve hot Healthy, Tasty, Shahi Handvo Idli with green Chutney.
  5. For Chutney grind all the ingredients in mixer into smooth paste.
  6. Serve shahi handvo Idli with yummy green Chutney.
